Join us in the Davidson Auditorium in the JSOM at 8:00pm on Friday, April 27, for Novis: A Night at the Movies! The theme this semester revolves around movies and film, as Novis sings famous songs from your beloved short and feature length films! Songs include "Trashin' the Camp" from Tarzan, hits from Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, "Because" from Across the Universe, and many more!
For our second annual "Novis Bash" concert, the group decided to have some special guests sing with us, the UNT Green Tones! Novis and the Green Tones have sung together at UNT before for the Green Tones' "Mean Green Spring Sing" concert. This time, our sister group from Denton travelled down to our campus, and the two groups had a fantastic concert that included a joint number! Novis got together and discussed: what would be the most appropriate concert for the UTD campus? Nerd songs! In a concert that we've been wanting to do for a very long time, Novis sung a ton of nerdy songs, including "Do You Wanna Date My Avatar" from The Guild, a Portal Medley, Cartoon Medley, and much more!
